Rex is 4!

Rex is 4! He now chooses to get dressed and do things for himself because it's now official that he's 4. He requested candy for breakfast and candy he got! He got an airplane Lego and a stomp rocket. The weather was great, so we spent the day at the beach, playing in the sand and waves and paddle boarding at Sandy Point State Park. We watched a bird swoop down and catch a fish and fly off with it only to drop it from 40 feet in the air and crash on the beach. The kids were oogling this dying fish, trying to decide what to do with it. It was thrown back in the water and then buried because it couldn't move. Let's just say, it did not survive. He requested McDonald's for dinner and we ended the night with chocolate cake for dessert! We love this awesome, fun, dimpled, sweet, sassy, determined, cool-haired boy!
