Aaron is 40!

For Aaron's 40 birthday, he wanted to go into Yellowstone National Park and hike Lamar Valley. We left the kids at the cabin with family and took our drive into the park early in the morning. We saw a wolf, many bison, and beautiful sights with few people. We did the Lamar Valley hike and saw 2 bears on the mountain in front of us. We were caught near a big group of bison and had to wait for them to move on so we wouldn't get eaten! We had our bear spray at the ready in case we came close to a grizzly bear. It got eerie as we neared the mountain with the bears and I was done at that point, scared. It was beautiful and unforgettable. I'm glad we got to spend the day celebrating him with just us before we got back to the cabin. Gay Nell made her yearly flag birthday cake for him! When we got back to Utah, I took him out to the Dry Bar Comedy. Happy Birthday, Aaron! Thank you for providing for our family by loving us, being present, and taking care of us in all the ways.
