Florida

Aaron and I took a trip to Florida! He lived their and sold pest control almost 20 years ago and has always wanted to go back. I had never been and it finally happened and it was amazing! We stayed for 4 days on Treasure Island on the Gulf Coast. We had a perfect little studio apartment right on the beach. We loved sleeping in, having a 1 minute walk to the ocean, swimming, shell hunting, eating at Waffle House, me not cooking, watching TV, and morning walks. We spent a day at Fort De Soto and another at Clearwater Beach. We took a boat ride to the nearby keys and found amazing shells as big as my hand. We found lots of shells on this trip! We went to Crystal River and swam with manatees. They are like swimming with a fridge, they are so big. It was the coolest experience, kinda freaky, but totally worth it! We went back to Orlando for two days and wished we had stayed at the beach instead. So we drove to the east coast to Cocoa Beach and swam. We found perfect beaches with very few people. Ot was the best trip to spend with Aaron! We're trying to find reasons to move there. Maybe someday.
