Baba Flying High with Angels

Baba passed away. She was sick with cancer and ready to meet her honey, Grandpa. She was surrounded by many family members at the end. She will be missed. We all have loved receiving her yearly birthday letters. She was an amazing writer. I remember cherishing the $2 bills she sent to me as a kid. She lived a long beautiful life and we were lucky enough to visit her a few times in Washington and California. A good memory we have is skipping church in Sacramento and going with her and Uncle Kevin to Old Town Sac and walking around. I listened while Aaron asked her many questions about her life and learned some new things about her. I will always remember the smell of their Mercer Island home. Rex's middle name is Klein, after her maiden name. Travis's middle name is Robert after Grandpa Bob. I wish I could be half the writer you are. We love you, Baba. May you rest in peace with Grandpa in heaven.
