Miles

We were out shooting on Lake Mountain when Aaron got a "wave" on Facebook. It was from Miles. Miles is Aaron's birth son. He was born and placed for adoption when Aaron was 18 years old. He hoped one day he would be reunited with him. Through an Ancestry DNA test, Miles found a match to Aaron's sister, Jenn. Miles looked her up on Facebook and scrolled through her friends. The only information he had about Aaron was his first name. He found Aaron in her friends and saw Maddox in his profile picture. He thought that could have been him 5 years ago and knew that must be his birth father. It was such a special moment and realization for us to know he is well and wants to get to know Aaron and our family. Our kids are so excited to have a big brother. Miles was on his mission in Atlanta, GA at the time. We were able to video chat with him and meet him as a family. It has been a very cool and experience, and we look forward to getting to know him and his family better.
