4th of July

Independence Day was great! We started off by watching Chance sing and dance at the Freedom Festival and getting ginormous cotton candies! On the 4th, we started out with the annual neighborhood parade and breakfast and face painting. Then, we headed to the Colonial Festival at Scera Park and cooled off in the pool for the rest of the day. Travis, Alicia, and Ashliegh and Ben and Gwen Fullmer joined us at the pool. For the evening, we went to Aaron's parents for BBQ and dessert, followed by fireworks in the cold and wind. It was probably the coldest 4th we have ever had. It has been a very mild summer. But we enjoyed our day, spending time as a family with our traditions!
