This is the new house we are under contract! The last house ended up having mold in the crawl space under the house and water issues, so we backed out of that one! This house is a foreclosure also in Lehi, north of Utah Lake, south of Pioneer Crossing. We love it and so far, inspection went well with no problems found! 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, formal living room, roomy kitchen, all but one room has walk-in closets, 0.15 acres, 2400 square feet. We will close Oct. 5 if all goes well this time! We are crossing our fingers!

You walk in the front door and straight ahead is a closet and to left is the formal living room. You walk straight down the hall and to left are the stairs, then a closet, then the family room up ahead.
