We decided to get out and go on a date. Tilly tagged along. We decided to go up to Salt Lake City, since we rarely head up that way. We walked around the Gateway and ate some dinner at Jason's Deli. Yum! Tilly particularly enjoyed the free ice cream!
After dinner, we drove around trying the find the big statue of Brigham Young on a mountain where he said "This is the place." It was too much of a hike to get to the statue, but we enjoyed it from the bottom of the hill. We found this great view of the Salt Lake Valley right below it. So beautiful! The scenery wasn't that bad either!
